Elegant Occasions was founded by Ella Dozier in 2024.  Ella had always been passionate about event planning and after years of planning events for friends and family, she decided to turn her passion into a business. She started off by planning small events such as birthday parties and baby showers, but as word spread about her impeccable attention to detail and creative ideas, she began planning larger events such as weddings and corporate functions.
